Movement is a gift and if you’re one of the lucky ones who can move their body then you need to cherish this gift and use it!

Every time I put my gym clothes on and get ready to do a workout you will hear me whisper “thank you” because without movement I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

Movement is free and it can be done anywhere, anytime. It does not need much skill, time or thought. What it does need is your effort and your willingness to just START.

The fitness industry today is a massive and overwhelming realm of pressure that can definitely put people off exercise, but let’s simplify that right now; MOVE.

That’s all you have to do. Move that vessel you carry every day, FIRE UP That gift that is beating inside of your CHEST, Move those legs that are holding you up, Expand your lungs and sweat out your negative energy by simply moving.

Don’t waste your gift or make excuses why you can’t move. Don’t say you’re too busy, you have an injury, and you’re too unfit, too old and too fat because you are wasting your gift.

Instead, choose to turn your gift into the best it can be. Make it strong and encourage it. Train it and be proud of it. Nurture and enjoy it.

Unwrap the amazing gift you have been given and use it every day.

Run your own race
If you want to finish first, train harder
If you want to cross the finish line, just keep going.
